Ian began his career at Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers in Baton Rouge, LA and experienced massive growth where he was the Chief Operating Officer from restaurant #9 through 240. Ian oversaw over $800 million in annual sales that was heavily centered around market demographic studies, active community marketing, major media dynamics, exceptional operations and much more. This experience armed him with the know-how and ability to eventually align and adapt to sales and marketing for nearly any product or service, which he has ultimately adapted today towards venues, restaurants and live entertainment.
Today, Ian owns 10 restaurants along with North Dallas’ premier music venue, Lava Cantina under the parent company Rock n Concepts LLC. Rock n Concepts acts as a talent buyer for more than 1,000 dates a year throughout the United States. From hosting and promoting shows for a variety of major artists to promoting and producing larger outdoor festival events like their annual “Lavapalooza” featuring a variety of great artists for an all day festival, to the vast experience in Mardi Gras ball production and balancing extensive and big budget marketing efforts to gain the absolute best and most efficient reaches possible, Ian has developed an impeccable reputation in a multitude of industries. While Ian’s extensive experience in concept design, strategic development and infrastructure, branding, marketing and more are very important, his vast network, reputation and supporting team are the main reasons why Rock n’ Concepts continues to have new and amazing opportunities present themselves every day.

Kyle Osolin joined the Prolific 1 team in November 2015. His primary responsibilities include cultivating and managing partnerships with rights-holders across Prolific 1’s portfolio, including promoters, managers, artists, venues and festivals, as well as identifying opportunities for investment across the music industry that meet the strategic goals of the company. In addition, Kyle leads and oversees all of Prolific 1’s marketing initiatives, which include branding, charitable giving, event networking and digital media presence.
Born and raised in Connecticut, Kyle started his career as an advertising agency executive and produced strategic marketing campaigns for wide variety of companies within the entertainment, hospitality and retail industries. During this time, he received national recognition for his work on events and fundraising efforts with Mohegan Sun, CT Wine Trail, Goodwin College and more. Kyle has over 10 years of experience in curating and managing live events and applies this knowledge to all aspects to Prolific 1’s business.
In his leisure time, Kyle is an avid golfer and player/coach for the Tri Town Trojans of the Connecticut Tri-State Baseball League.
