Jacque Holowaty

With a decade and a half in the sports and entertainment industry, Jacque Holowaty is a sought-after authority on client experience, organizational and strategic leadership, and ticket operations. Jacque began her career with Spectra, a leader in venue management, as a part-time ticket seller.

After quickly advancing through various management roles across North America, she was appointed the company’s first corporate role of Vice President of Ticketing.

Jacque’s leadership role, coupled with her field experience, empowered her to build bold, revenue-generating partnerships and programs that optimized brand alignment and engagement for guests, clients and employees. Elevating operations through technology, she spearheaded numerous programs, such as a digital concierge service, an online employee rewards platform, a sensory inclusion training initiative and ticket insurance standards.

Her patently human touch and passion for creating an affable, diverse and inclusive company-wide–and ultimately industry-wide– culture led her to architect and launch Spectra’s first employee resource group, the Spectra Women’s Network. Serving as the ERG’s Executive Champion, Jacque galvanized a team of 200 to create a platform for the professional development and empowerment of women. What’s more, she is also a member of Chief, a C-Level private network focusing on connecting and supporting women leaders.

Jacque is an exemplar in keeping perspective. Her lifelong motto “Work Hard, but Laugh Harder” has bridged her uncanny, spot-on instincts amidst a constantly evolving industry with an uncommon comfort with being herself. Collectively, her integrity, influence and vision has positioned her as a formidable driver of positive change and innovation.

Senior Business Development Manager

Sara Madrid joined the Prolific 1 team in 2012. Her primary responsibilities include overseeing Prolific 1’s portfolio of family and touring show partnerships. Sara and her team collaborate with these partners on a daily basis to provide insight on their ticketing strategy, market performance and sales data. She also is heavily involved with developing new business relationships with venues and promoters.
